What isn't allowed to go on my product?

Textees cannot make, sell, distribute, or promote items that infringe the intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark and publicity rights) of a third party. This means that you should either have obtained a license or otherwise received permission from any third party whose intellectual property you wish to use with Textees.


  • You must have clear documented permission to use a person’s name, likeness, or image in a Textees design. This permission is important if the person is a celebrity, but is necessary for anyone. So don’t use Carly Rae Jepsen’s name, picture, or likeness on a Textees design unless you have express documented permission from Carly Bae herself.
  • Similarly, you must have clear documented rights to use any intellectual property with Textees. The Cleveland Cavaliers might be great (they are), but you can’t use their name, logo, or trademark on a Textees design without express documented permission from the Cavs.
  • You are ultimately responsible for ensuring that you hold all necessary intellectual property rights to submit a design through Textees.  You should not assume that just because you found an image on the internet that you can use it for commercial use without permission from the owner. Works can be protected by copyright, even if they do not have a copyright notice. Do not copy someone else’s work without first obtaining their permission.  If you are unsure if you own all necessary rights to use something in a design, please consult an attorney.

How is my product manufactured?

All products utilize top of the line Direct To Garment (DTG) printing technology using water-based inks.

What sizes are available?

Imperial and Metric sizing charts are available on each individual product page.

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders or charities/nonprofits?

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is one item.

You’re able to order exactly what you need, when you need it, with no price increase for small orders.

When will my shipment arrive?

Your delivery times are the sum of 2 parts: Manufacturing time +  Transit time

95% of our orders have a manufacturing time of 5 business days or less.

USA transit time is typically 2-5 business days.

International transit time can range from 5-20 business days.

Delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office on international orders so it is possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments.

Shipping times given are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking is provided in most cases.

Please note that holidays can slow down production as we’re a small team. Please order in advance for holiday gifts to ensure on-time delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, we cannot ship items to Iran, Cuba, North Korea, or PO Boxes.

Can my order be expedited?

At this time we are unable to offer custom expediting for individual orders. 95% of our orders ship within 5 business days.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order just for you, we can only accept returns for verified manufacturing defects. We can’t offer refunds for changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, as we describe the items in great detail on our site. If you have questions, please ask before ordering.

If you happen to find a manufacturing defect in your product, please send photos and a description to so we can take care of the issue.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.


Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are made to order just for you, we can only cancel orders that haven’t gone to production yet. We have very limited flexibility to cancel, however please get in touch with us via email so we can see what is possible.
